Why We Built This Tool
With the ADA Title II deadline approaching on April 24, 2026, many businesses are discovering that their websites have significant accessibility barriers — often without knowing it.
We built this free scanner to help businesses quickly assess their website's accessibility status. While no automated tool can catch every issue (automated testing typically covers about 30% of WCAG criteria), it's a powerful first step in understanding where you stand.
Our goal is simple: make it easy for businesses to see the accessibility issues on their sites, understand the risks, and take action — whether that means fixing things themselves or getting professional help.
What is WCAG & ADA Compliance?
WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)
WCAG is the international standard for web accessibility, published by the W3C. The most commonly referenced version is WCAG 2.1 Level AA, which covers guidelines around perceivability, operability, understandability, and robustness of web content.
ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act)
The ADA requires that places of "public accommodation" be accessible to people with disabilities. Courts have increasingly interpreted this to include websites. The Department of Justice issued a rule under Title II requiring state and local government websites to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA by April 24, 2026.

Scan Limitations

- •Automated testing can identify approximately 30-50% of all accessibility issues. Some issues require manual testing by accessibility experts.
- •This scan currently checks the homepage only. A full site audit would cover all pages, templates, and interactive flows.
- •A passing score does not guarantee full WCAG compliance. We recommend a professional audit for complete conformance assessment.
